We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
• Shipping charges for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at customerservice@andlivy.com, and we'll do everything we can to help.

Returns

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
