We partnered with a NASA engineer to create a new finish. We call it Finely Finished, and it’s made with REAL rhodium (silver) or an extra heavy layer of 22k gold that’s way above industry standard.

• Need a deep clean? Mix gentle soap and warm water. Notice the word "gentle" - Don't go rogue with aggressive cleaners. Give your piece a bath, then pat it dry.
• Avoid perfume, hairspray, and lotions on your jewelry.
• Remove before swimming, bathing, or deep cleaning your house to the best of the 90s playlist.
• Store in a cool, dry place when you’re not wearing it.

• Shipping is free when you spend more than $75.
• Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the total package.
• The delivery time is a combo of our packing speed (swift, we swear) and where you’re at.

• We have a 30-day return/exchange period from the date of receipt, no questions asked. If you got cold feet after getting your item, send us an email at customerservice@andlivy.com with the order details and we'll guide you. Returns must be in its original state; untouched, unloved, and in its original packaging.
