• Need a deep clean? Mix gentle soap and warm water. Notice the word “gentle” — don’t go rogue with aggressive cleaners. Give your chain necklace da bath, then pat it dry.
• Avoid perfume, hairspray, and lotions on your jewelry.
• Remove your chain necklace before swimming, bathing, or deep cleaning your house to the best of the 90s playlist. 
• Store in a cool, dry place when you’re not wearing it.

• We have a 30-day return/exchange period from the date of receipt, no questions asked. If you got cold feet after getting your item, send us an email at customerservice@andlivy.com with the order details and we'll guide you. Returns must be in their original state; untouched, unloved, and in its original packaging.
